Tom is a self-taught designer, photographer, and illustrator at Firebelly Design. He claims no allegiances to any particular school or style, and am generally disposed to take the most straightforward, visually economical, and functionally appropriate route.

A believer in the value of a liberal, generalist education, he concentrated in political science at the University of Chicago, where he cut his design and illustration chops working as the Chicago Maroon's art director and managing editor.
